Would give this property and ESPM more than a 100% if possible!!! House was gorgeous, very clean (white bathrooms kept mold or graying grout), high thread count, beautifully decorated. Felt like furnishings were new. Open floor plan. Perfect location for walk to beach, bike paths, and half way between Sanctuary (tennis, great food) and Ocean Course. Be sure to rent bikes to cover entire Island easily. ESPM's recommendation on chef exceeded all expectations...Mike Petrillo, chef, was AMAZING!!

It's hard to beat this view and convenience to the beach. Hop, skip, and a jump from the beach boardwalk entrance. Wonderful panoramic views from inside and out. They have made some smart upgrades that make the stay quite enjoyable, specifically the kitchen area. The folks at ESPM were very nice and responsive when we reached out with questions/concerns.

This was our first trip to Kiawah and it was a great one. The unit was beautiful and was more then we expected. The process was seamless and easy and made the stay more enjoyable.. I would recommend this unit and company without hesitation.

This was a lovely cottage, beautifully updated and maintained. The inlet cove neighborhood is a gem of Kiawah we were not aware of before. On the Kiawah river, the sunsets and wildlife are amazing. The beach is a short bike ride away as are the biking trails of Kiawah. Would definitely stay here again. Two couples would easily enjoy this without feeling crowded. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 10 years old and did not feel cramped at all. The screen porch was a delightful place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and don't miss the sunsets at the community dock. ESPM was easy to work with and very responsive. We will rent from them again. If you're considering booking, go ahead and do it, you won't be disappointed!
